When you visit this website, our hosting provider (TODO add hosting provider's name and location) automatically collects technical data (including IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type). This data is processed to ensure smooth operation of the site (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR) and is automatically deleted after TODO define retention period.
Our contact form does not send your details to a server. Instead it opens your own e-mail application with a pre-filled message addressed to us. No form data is stored by us or any third party – the message is sent directly through your own e-mail provider once you send it. The legal basis for our subsequent handling of your e-mail is your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR), or, for booking enquiries, the initiation of a contract (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR).
TODO adapt this section to the technologies actually in use. In its base configuration, this website does not use statistics or marketing cookies. Should such tools be added later, informed consent must be obtained beforehand via a cookie consent tool and this section expanded accordingly.
Fonts are loaded via Google Fonts. TODO confirm whether this happens locally or via Google's servers and extend this section accordingly. The link to our Facebook page leads to an external platform; no social media plugin is embedded that would already transmit data when the page is loaded.
